I remember taking Max out shopping with me - he must have been about 2yrs old. Shira warned me "be prepared - if you go down the isle where the custard is, Max will go mad! " So I did but even Shira's warning could not have prepared me! Max was so excited jumping up and down, laughing hysterically. No way would Max let me leave the shop unless he was holding a pot of his beloved custard! Max also went through a phase when he was obsessed with watching Takeshi's Castle and would roll around in hysterics just hearing the music! His cheeky grin and infectious laugh brought joy to all around him and that's how I'll remember "everybody's Max".
